About Me

I've always been drawn to helping people. Decades ago, long before coaching was a "thing” for me, friends and even strangers would confide in me. That innate desire to support others is what ignited my passion for life coaching. The pandemic was a turning point. I decided to fully embrace my calling and certified as an international Health and Life Coach with HCI Institute.

My professional journey spans decades with my most recent role in sales at the largest data and market measurement firm. Along the way, I dabbled in real estate and continued with my passion for music, singing lead vocals in a band. Now, I'm channeling that creative energy into writing my first book. Stay tuned!

I moved to the U.S. from the U.K. over 20 years ago through a company transfer and over time, became a Citizen and made the U.S. my home.  I currently live 15 minutes away from Manhattan.
